The Cosmos ownership program:

Under the yacht partnership program, you have the option of a fixed annual income, or a variable yield based on the number of weeks that your yacht is chartered. It is also possible to draw up a partnership model. As a basis we would draw up a management contract in which all of our rights and obligations, as well as all of yours, are legally established. While Cosmos Yachting is obliged to fulfill the contract, you, as the owner, can withdraw your yacht from the contract at any time, provided that all customers still booked on the yacht can be adequately taken care of.

The shipyards represented by us enjoy a very good reputation. Their greatest strengths are in solid construction, robust technology and good sailing characteristics, rather than designer details, which are prone to damage in the chartering business. Apart from maintaining the value of the yacht, the market prices for second-hand yachts are of particular interest, and are based on the current prices of new yachts. As the official representative of Bavaria Yachts and as a dependable address for used yachts, we can achieve the best price for your pre-owned yacht.

Ownership Programs:

Fixed return based on the total value of the yacht Annual fixed rate, depending on the type of yacht, based on the total value of the yacht. You have no expenses. The total value of the yacht is made up of: 1. Base price of the yacht 2. Charter equipment 3. Transportation of the yacht 4. Antifouling, Commissioning of the yacht. Duration of the agreement: three years with an option of another three years

Variable return based on the number of weeks the yacht is chartered:

The return corresponds, depending on the type of yacht, to a percentage of the annual charter income of the yacht. (Total value of the yacht, see above Guarantee of a minimum of 15 charter weeks. The longer your yacht is chartered, the greater your earnings. You have no costs whatsoever. Duration of the agreement: three years with an option of another three years

55% down payment – 100% ownership:

You make a down payment of 55% of the total value of the yacht and in 4 1/2 seasons you own the yacht completely. You carry no expenses. The yacht must run under Greek flag. This offer is valid for yachts with a minimum length of 36'. Duration of the agreement: three years with an option of another three years.

Yacht Sale- Finance:

We will be glad to help you find attractive finance for the purchase of your yacht. Sound financing usually requires a capital resource of at least 30%. Given a good credit history, the rest of the purchase price can be financed directly by us.

The cruising areas: A significant advantage of our yacht partnership program is that we can offer you a worldwide network of bases in the most attractive areas, including Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Italy and Spain. Chartering: Our international activities in the charter market and our co-operation with acclaimed charter agencies across the globe provide us with bookings the entire season: English and German-speaking customers as well as Scandinavians in the pre- and aft-season, Italians and French in the peak season and local yachtsmen during the rest of the season.

Cosmos Yachting is represented at all major Boat Shows in Europe, including Southampton, Dublin, Paris, Vienna, London, Friedrichshafen, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich. At these events, we build close and lasting links with a wide array of customers. For all these reasons, we are the only company that can guarantee at least 300 charter days for your yacht in the next three years.

Cosmos Yachting is one of the largest players in the pre-owned boat market in Greece. We can offer you a fine selection of pre-owned yachts, with or without charter guarantee, at very good prices. We will be glad to send you an up-to-date list of pre-owned boats on offer. Cosmos Yachting offers customers who would like to buy a yacht the option of an on-site viewing. It is also possible to arrange a sea trial, and even a complete charter in Greece could be arranged.

Depending on the yield program, you can decide freely when to use your yacht for your own needs. In addition, you can make use of your yacht at short notice, if it happens to be available at the time. You may also offer your yacht to friends, family or business associates.

The following options are applicable to all three agreements:

Owner-use:

You have the option of sailing free of charge for 2 weeks per year, except during the Whitsun break and between 24 July and 30 September. Furthermore, the yacht is at your disposal between 23 October and 15 March, taking into account the preparations for winter storage. Partnership model: The yacht is owned in equal parts by you and Cosmos Yachting.

Cruising Areas: Several bases in Greece, Turkey and Croatia.

Owner use – chartering:

You are entitled to 8 weeks of use per year, as well as unlimited use between the 23 October and 15 March, taking into account preparations for winter storage. If you do not wish to make use of your 8 weeks, we will take care of the chartering in these weeks. Cosmos Yachting manages the yacht for 8 weeks per year. If the yacht is chartered for more than 8 weeks in a year, then the charter revenues are shared. If you wish, you can exchange your yacht for a similar one during your 8 weeks, and charter this yacht from one of our bases.

Costs: all cost arising from the maintenance of the yacht are shared.
